Members must participate in at least one club shipment before they become eligible to redeem tickets. Members will receive discount rewards immediately upon joining. Club members must reserve annual tickets through the Club Coordinator before arriving on property at club@bellemeadewinery.com.

Members of the Wine Club have access to Belle Meade Winery’s most exclusive offerings. Benefits include a universal 15% discount on all of our wines, a 10% discount on merchandise, and a 50% discount on shipping rates. The discount applies to club shipments and any orders you place between shipments—there is no limit to how often you can use it.

Hand-select your wines for every quarterly shipment.

There is no fee to join the Wine Club, and you get to choose which wines arrive in each shipment! You can choose the wines included in each shipment, or have the Wine Club Coordinator hand-select the bottles based on your preferences.

The Wine Club runs quarterly (February, May, August, and November), so you stay stocked up year-round with your favorite wine! You may cancel any time after receiving four quarterly orders. After you sign up, you'll receive an email with tips on how to best enjoy your Wine Club experience.

Terms of Agreement

By registering with Belle Meade Winery you authorize the Wine Club to charge your credit card on file according to the terms below and your designated membership.

  • I understand that I will receive four bottles of wine of my choosing every 3 months, and must commit to at least four shipments (16 bottles total).
  • I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for my wine delivery.
  • I understand that my credit card may be charged up to one week prior to each wine club shipment.
  • I will notify the Wine Club Coordinator at least two weeks before a scheduled Wine club shipment to indicate any cancellations or changes in my shipping and billing information.
  • I will remain a member for at least one year (four shipments) prior to cancellation.
