Shipping and Returns

Each state has its own regulations and direct shipping laws that change regularly. We do not ship to the following states:

Alabama, Arkansas, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Virginia. 

Due to the complex nature of state shipping laws and regulations our no-ship state list is subject to change without notice. 

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery Requirements

If no one 21 or older will be home during UPS delivery hours, we strongly recommend sending your order to a business address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

If you are unable to accept delivery of your wine after three attempts, UPS will return the package to the winery. If you wish to re-ship your order, this additional shipping cost will be billed to the purchaser. If you wish to cancel your order, you may receive credit for the items purchased, unless the shipping charges have been incurred.
