This year’s Annual Valentine’s Soirée invites you to immerse yourself in an interactive Bourbon Mixology Experience, followed by elegant stationed hors d’oeuvres thoughtfully paired with fine wines and bespoke cocktails from our full open bar.

Led by a wine educator, this interactive class introduces a clear, professional approach to tasting wine—focusing on structure, balance, and aroma—so guests leave feeling confident describing what they taste and understanding why they like it.



Throughout the evening, you’ll sample a thoughtfully curated selection of wines chosen to highlight contrast in style, body, acidity, and tannin. The tasting is guided step by step, offering practical tools you can use when ordering wine at restaurants, hosting friends at home, or exploring new bottles on your own.
