What to Expect

Experience a one-of-a-kind pairing as our sommeliers guide you through five wines perfectly complemented by gourmet hors d’oeuvres. Our Executive Chef curates these menus seasonally, ensuring a unique and delicious experience every time. You will learn how to properly taste wine and discover the art of a perfect pairing.

If you or someone in your party has an allergy or food restriction, please specify this when you book your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that this is not always possible.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time slot, as the pairing will take place right on time. When you arrive, check-in at the ticketing office in the Visitor’s Center to get your wristbands. Proceed to the breezeway (a covered walking path under the Carriage House with rocking chairs) and look for a sign that reads “Loft Guests Gather Here.” Our sommelier will grab you from the designated spot shortly before your reservation. 

Cancellations | Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your reserved time to receive a full refund. Our ticketed experiences book quickly, so we thank you for allowing us time to rebook other guests should you forfeit your reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation will not be issued a refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the winery at (615) 356-6164.

Arriving Late | Last Minute Cancellations

Sometimes, things happen, we get it!  If you arrive after the pairing has started, we will do our best to accommodate you if time allows. However, due to the nature of our experience, we cannot backtrack on what you may have missed in the pairing. Depending on the time, the sommelier will do their best to catch you up, but we thank you for understanding that this is not always possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to make other arrangements for your party.  

Unfortunately, with last-minute cancellations, we cannot issue you a refund for the experience. Spots for our pairings are minimal, and we sometimes book up months in advance due to the small group size.
