What to Expect

A perfectly crafted wine pairing created by our Executive Chef, Stephen Kruger. This ticketed event is hosted in our exclusive and beautiful loft space. Nestled just above the Carriage House, the Rochford Loft for the Culinary Arts hosts our Chef-Inspired experiences every Friday at 12:00. Join us and our senior Belle Meade Sommelier as she walks you through a four-course small plates meal perfectly paired with five of our award-winning wines. You are sure to learn a thing or two about wine and experience gourmet foods at its finest.

Special Diets | Food Restrictions

Should you or someone in your party have an allergy or food restriction, please specify this when you are booking your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate for this, but please understand that this is not always possible. If you have any questions regarding this, please call the winery at (615) 356-6164.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time slot as the pairing will take place right on time. When you arrive, check in at the ticketing office in the Visitor’s Center to get your wristbands. Proceed to the breezeway (covered walking path under the Carriage House with rocking chairs) and look for a sign that reads “Loft Guests Gather Here.” Our sommelier will grab you from the designated spot shortly before your reservation time slot. 

Cancelations | Refunds

Cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance from your reserved time to receive a full refund. Our ticketed experiences book up quickly, so we thank you for giving us time to rebook other guests should you choose to forfeit your reservation. Cancelations within 24 hours of the reservation will not be issued a refund. For questions about this or concerns, please call the winery at (615) 356-6164.

Arriving Late | Last Minute Cancelations

Sometimes, things happen, we get it!  If you arrive after the pairing has started, we will do our best to accommodate if time allows. However, due to the nature of our experience, we will not be able to back track on what you may have missed in the pairing. Depending on time, the sommelier will do their best to catch you up, but we thank you for understanding that this is not always possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to make other arrangements for your party.  

With last minute cancelations, we will not be able to issue you a refund for the experience. Spots for our pairings are very limited and book up sometimes months in advance due to the small group size.
